How do I get the 7-day free trial?
Just sign up! All new accounts include the first
week free. If you decide Form Armor isn't for you, just let us know before the end of your trial and your credit card will never be billed.
Is there a long-term commitment? What if I want to cancel?
No big commitment. Just pay month-to-month and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.
How many Web sites are covered under each plan?
Each plan protects an unlimited number of forms on a single Web site. If you have multiple Web sites, let us know and we can bill everything under one account.

How many form submissions can I receive?
You can receive an unlimited number of form submissions1 regardless of whether those submissions are spam or not.
What does it mean to email valid entries from formarmor.com instead of my own domain name?
With the Standard plan, we'll send your valid form results from a formarmor.com email address. When you reply to the message, it will be sent from your
own email account to the person who filled out the form (if your form includes an email field).
If it's important that all form results are sent from your own email address and domain name, choose the Premium plan for more flexibility and access to our APIs.
What happens to my form data? Is it secure?
We take the privacy and security of your information seriously – that's why we built Form Armor with the same type of security measures used by banks and credit card companies.
When your forms are processed by Form Armor, we never store "good" form submissions (from your real customers and contacts) and our staff doesn't have access to any of your data during the few milliseconds it takes to determine "good" vs. "bad" entries.
We do add "bad" form submissions (the spam) to our database for future research and to help improve the Form Armor service. (We might be the only company in the world that actually wants to see Web form spam, since it helps us do a better job of stopping the spammers. Nice irony, eh?)

(Actually, we've never had anyone cancel. So it would be a new experience for us. If you decide to be the first we'll be sad, but will take care of it for you the same business day.)
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and bill your account automatically each month. At the moment we don't accept PayPal or payments by check.
