The privacy, security and confidentiality of your information is very important

here. Idea Catchers Group, LLC (“ICG”) is the sole owner of information
collected at http://www.formarmor.com (“FormArmor.com”). This policy applies
only to U.S. residents, and to information collected when you are on our Web
site.
At FormArmor.com we collect two primary types of information: Account Information
and Submission Information. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to
anyone, and we only share your information as required to fulfill your requests
for services.
When you visit FormArmor.com our Web server automatically receives and records
anonymous information from your Web browser including your IP Address. We do not
share this information with other parties; however, in some instances we will
use IP addresses to identify users when we feel it is necessary to enforce
compliance with our Terms of Service, or to protect our service, site or other
users from fraudulent behavior. We may disclose your Account Information and/or
Submission Information to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process
served on ICG.
Your Account Information
We collect Account Information (such as your name, email address and
billing information) to maintain your account and fulfill your subscription
services. We share this information with third parties only when required, such
as when we send your credit card information to our merchant processor for
payment.
Your Submission Information
Submission Information (the data that's collected when a visitor
completes your form) includes Tracking Information about the
submission (such as the date/time and IP address) and Form Data (the information
entered by your visitors on your Web form). All Submission Information is first
processed by the Form Armor software to determine if entries are valid or
invalid (i.e. spam, abusive or malicious).
For valid entries we store the Tracking Information related to your
account. We use this information for billing, statistical and research purposes.
The Form Data from your visitor is processed and sent only to you as defined by
your account settings (to an email address, your database, etc.). We do not
store Form Data from valid entries on our servers.
For invalid entries (i.e. the spam) we store the Tracking Information
and the Form Data. This information is added to our database and used for
statistical purposes as well as research and analysis. We may share this
information in aggregate form with our research partners, but we do not share
any information identifiable to you or your account.
We take every precaution to protect your information, and we have put in place
rigorous physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure
